Air Liquide China wins “Best Career Development Framework” award from Mercer

On October 14, Air Liquide China received the"Best Career Development Framework"award for 2016 at the Mercer'HR of the Future'awards ceremony. Held in Shanghai, the event featured Air Liquide China as the winner for this category.

Organized by Mercer, a global talent consulting firm, the Mercer HR of the Future Awards aim to identify and promote the most forward-looking HR management cases and most valuable HR practices in order to shed light on future trends in HR management. At the ceremony, five categories of awards were granted to nine enterprises among a total of 168 applicants.
