Air Liquide (China) Holding Co., Ltd to display innovative technologies and products at the first China International Import Expo (CIIE)

Air Liquide (China) Holding Co., Ltd will bring selected innovative technologies and products to the first China International Import Expo (CIIE) to be held from November 5 to 10 in Shanghai. Hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and Shanghai Municipal People's Government, CIIE is slated to be the largest import trade show in China. 

Air Liquide will exhibit its Smart Innovative Operations (SIO) initiative, which integrates, optimizes and remotely controls the operations of Air Liquide's production units, leveraging predictive analytics and digital technologies. Through big data combined with human intelligence, the workflow of each Air Liquide production unit linked to the SIO Center (or the Digital Performance Center in China) is adapted in real time to the needs of each customer. The SIO Center enables 24/7 responsiveness to customer demand, improves production-unit energy efficiency, and leverages predictive maintenance to ensure continuous facility run-time.

In addition, Air Liquide will bring to the expo three types of specialty gases – BTU (British Thermal Unit) standard gas, stable isotope ratio reference gas, and VOC (volatile organic compound) standard gas. These gas mixtures follow recognized measurement standards to guarantee traceability, blending tolerances, processing accuracy, and analytical accuracy. They represent best-in-class gas solutions for laboratory use, especially for calibration.
